Al-Bayan company has participated in the design and
consultancy of specialized medical centers, general
hospitals and specialized clinics.
The work included complete turnkey jobs, rehabilitation
management, and the planning and construction of a
variety of buildings specifically related to the health
care sectors and health education institutions.
Halabja hospital:
Halabja hospital was
designed as a Chemical Disease hospital accommodating
35in-patient beds supported by the most sophisticated
diagnostic and treatment facilities. With a total
built-up area of
5,000.00m2 the project was estimated to cost US $ 12.00
million, including medical
and engineering
services equipment.
Farouk Medical Center FMC

FMC is
of 120 beds expandable to 150 beds with 12 Operating
Theater, 41 out-patient clinics, Specialized Centers
for Ophthalmology ,ENT, Sterility IVF and a
distinguished Dental Centre of 16 Dental units, as
well as a diagnostic centre covering wide spectrum
of Health Care Services

Al-Bayan signed the contract for a turn key project for
OR Modules for 12 OR theater and related clean areas.
Al-Bayan signed the contract for a turn key project
for ORs and Critical Care Facilities Fixed (OR
tables, Pendants, Lights, Patient Transfer Unit).
Al-Bayan
consortium with Odelga and HereschWerke from Austria got
the awarding of Iraqi Center for Heart Diseases as a
turn key project of total value 17 million Euro.
